Fitbit has added snoring detection to its Fitbit Sense and Versa 3

Posted on September 16, 2021 by William

To enable the new sleep function, open the Fitbit app and click on the sleep section. Read through and follow the on-screen prompts to learn more about the feature and enable it on your device. Then, just put your Fitbit Sense or Versa 3 on the bed and check your results in the morning. The Fitbit app will display your snoring data and your usual sleep data. Of course, this process will have some impact on battery life. The company recommends that you charge your device at least 40% before going to bed.

Disable snoring and noise detection

If you are shy about snoring, don’t worry. You can turn off this feature at any time and delete any data collected so far.

  1. Open your Fitbit app and click Nowadays Label.Scroll down and tap Wear a Fitbit to sleep.
  2. Click on set up The gear icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Click on Detect snoring Switch to disable this feature.
