OnlyFans has become a major player in the content creation business, and it is known for allowing users to subscribe to porn creators. The focus on adult content means that we have not yet seen mobile apps in the Play Store, but this is changing with the launch of OFTV apps.
according to Bloomberg, OFTV is a safe working application, no pornographic photos and videos, now available in Google playOn the contrary, we have 800 videos covering cooking, fitness, podcasts, sports, comedy, etc. There is also an original program called Unlocked, which covers famous content creators.
“There is no adult content on OFTV. Because it is not monetized and has no direct impact on creators’ income, we are able to enter the app store,” OnlyFans CEO Tim Stockley told Bloomberg.
The company stated that OFTV is a free service and does not include advertising. But we can imagine that if the platform becomes popular, advertising and/or paid content might become one thing.
