Imagine if you have some magical luminous beads that will emit beautiful colors without being entangled by any wires. They exist in the form of wireless induction powered LEDs, and [Debra] of the geek mother project has been experimenting with them in a new way.
The product adopts wireless LED, and each LED is encapsulated in a 1 / 4 “thick transparent acrylic ring. This will enhance the intensity of the LED and help diffuse light. Then they are installed in a hexagonal plastic container, which is characterized by a screw grid, which is no different from the metal pin of the game plinko. Due to the induction coil installed at the back, the LED will emit light when bouncing around the metal pin in various ways.
We want to see the container filled with LEDs and installed on a slow rotating motor so that they can rotate endlessly and shine all the time. It will be very charming, just like the kaleidoscope project [Debra] built with these parts. Video after break.
