Nowadays, it seems that almost all high-end smartphones on the market choose glass back covers, but this is not the only material used on the back covers of mobile phones.
Other materials used for the back cover include metal, plastic, glasstic (a glass-like plastic innovated by Samsung), ceramics and vegan leather. But what do you like best? Tell us what you think through the poll below.
It must be said that all these options have their advantages and disadvantages. For example, glass can cobweb and shatter, but can be wirelessly charged and waterproof/dustproof. Metal does not work well with wireless charging, but it is very resilient to drops. Plastic is one of the most versatile options on the list. It is waterproof and not as fragile as glass, but some people think it does not have a premium look and feel.
Like the back of Pixel 5? Well, it has a metal back with bio-resin (ie plastic) on it. Therefore, if you like Google phones, we recommend that you vote for plastic.
