Xiaomi launches Mi Band 6, Mi TV 5X and four other products in India

Xiaomi hosted the “Smarter Living” online event in India today and announced a series of new products, including Mi Band 6, Mi TV 5X, Mi Notebook Ultra, etc. Of course, some of these products are not brand new and have just entered India now. This is a complete breakup.

Mi Band 6 was launched in April. Compared with its predecessor, this fitness tracker has a larger 1.56 inch AMOLED display, double the number of activity modes (30 in total) and blood oxygen monitoring. In addition to attractive features such as 24/7 heart rate monitoring, 14-day battery life, and 5ATM water resistance, it can also track the quality of sleep breathing. It seems that Xiaomi has not given up the Mi brand on its new smart TVs. Mi TV 5X is a 4K TV, available in 43-inch, 50-inch and 55-inch sizes. All three models have a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 and a screen-to-body ratio of more than 95%. They also received support for Dolby Vision, HDR 10 and Dolby Atmos.

Xiaomi has layered the Android TV operating system (Android 10) through its new PatchWall 4 UI. You can get some new features on Xiaomi’s skin, such as IMDb integration, and existing attributes, such as universal search, child mode, smart recommendation, etc.

The connection options for the new Mi TV 5X include three HDMI 2.1 ports, two USB ports, an Ethernet port, an optical audio port, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and an AV input.

The Mi TV 5X 43-inch model is priced at 31,999 rupees, the 50-inch model is priced at 41,999 rupees, and the 55-inch model is priced at 47,999 rupees. Sales will begin on September 7 through Mi.com, Flipkart, Mi Home stores and Croma.

Mi NoteBook Ultra includes the 11th generation Intel Core processor and Intel Iris Xe graphics. It is equipped with a 15.6-inch IPS display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600. You can get up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage space on your laptop.

Xiaomi claims that the new Xiaomi Mi Notebook Ultra’s 70WHr battery can last for up to 12 hours, and the laptop can be charged 50% in only 45 minutes.

In terms of connectivity, it includes Wi-Fi 6 support, a USB-C port, a USB 3.2 port, a USB 2.0 port and an HDMI port. There is also a built-in webcam and a backlit keyboard on the top bezel of the device.

For software, you can get Windows 10 Home Edition.

The Mi NoteBook Ultra starts at 59,999 rupees and the highest in India is 76,999 rupees. The company also launched Mi NoteBook Pro in India. This laptop was previously launched in China and is priced at Rs 56,999 in India. The two laptops will be available on Mi.com, Amazon and Mi Home stores starting August 31.

Other releases

In addition to the above-mentioned key products, Xiaomi also launched the Mi Router 4A Gigabit Edition and Mi 360° Home Security Camera 2K Pro in India. These two smart home products are priced at Rs 2,199 and Rs 4,499, respectively. Starting from August 26, you can also buy a pair of Xiaomi brand running shoes for 2,699 rupees.
