For many years, split-screen multitasking has been a feature of Android, allowing users to open two applications at the same time and let them share the same smartphone screen. It used to be a supplement to OEMs, but Google introduced it to Android in the 2016 Android Nougat update.

This feature stands out among foldable phones because the increased screen space can bring a more comfortable experience. However, we want to know if you really use split-screen multitasking on your smartphone. Tell us by voting below.

The biggest reason to use this feature is that it means you don’t have to constantly switch between two full-screen applications, saving time and effort. In other words, you can read e-books while sending messages to friends, or take notes while browsing the web in your browser. If you want to watch the video in another application, split-screen multitasking is also very convenient, although pop-up windows can also handle this situation well.

Almost all major Android brands offer split-screen or split-screen multitasking, from Samsung and Huawei to OnePlus and Google. Therefore, if you have not tried it before, it is likely to be used on your Android phone. However, you can give us your answer by voting above, if you have more ideas, please leave a comment.
